People of color cannot be racist. Say it with me now. People of color cannot be racist. Racism is prejudice plus power. Power is the government, money/the economy, the judiciary, social institutions, and law enforcement. Power is the opinion/decisions of majority. In countries like the US, people of color do not control the government, the economy, social institutions, law enforcement, or make up the majority of the population. There is also the power of white privilege. We do not have power. Society does not care about the wants/needs/opinions of people of color. People of color can be prejudiced. Yes. But at the end of the day the majority of white people are going to side with white people. And they are going to listen to white people and white opinions. In democratic societies the majority has the power. White people are the majority in the US.
White people, and delusional people of color, love to bring up Barack Obama as a counterargument. Yes Barack Obama is black. Yes he is the president. Having a black president does not mean that the US is not racist or that the majority of white people are not racist or that people of color have power. Because in case you forgot/don’t know how the US government works, the President of the United States is not in control of everything. The US government is made of three branches: the Executive(the President), the Legislative(Congress), and the Judicial(the Supreme Court and other smaller courts). Each branch has the power to reject the ideas of the others and keep them from becoming laws. And in case you missed it, Congress tries its hardest to veto everything Barack Obama does. Because Congress has 535 members and 457 of those members are white. The majority of those members are also Republicans. And Republicans are anti-Democrat usually white and racist and therefore anti-Obama. Regardless of who the President is the majority of people in the US are white. And the US President/government does not control the opinions of its citizens. The US government does, however, reflect the opinions of its citizens. Because in the US government officials are elected by the people.

There are lots of countries where people of color make up the majority. However, because of white privilege, there are some countries where the white minority has all the power and oppresses the majority. See South Africa and Apartheid.
